Shishir is a Chartered Certified Accountant, a certified QuickBooks Online and Xero specialist, and an author. He is passionate about his role as proactive accountant and Finance Director helping owner-managed businesses to improve sales/profit and minimise tax liabilities.
To this end, Shishir transforms accounting from a cost into an investment, and lives and breathes by the mantra “Listen, Understand, Solve, Repeat” where being personal, proactive and professional are the key founding principles.
Shishir founded Boost Accounting in 2016 to help clients take maximum advantage of Cloud Accounting technology. He ensures that streamlined accounting processes and improvedfinancial records create new opportunities for integrated business planning and enhanced productivity.
Shishir is an avid football fan, a good guitarist playing classic rock and a reluctant but compliant gym-goer.
ANANDA SHARMA FCCA
Head of Compliance
Mr Ananda Sharma FCCA is a certified chartered accountant and a member of ACCA. He has been providing accountancy services to the UK clients for over 10 years and has worked with different types of businesses.
Ananda has extensive experience of a wide variety of clients including investment management, corporate security, IT, consultancy, various retail businesses including online retailers, dental practice, educational bodies and many more. Ananda works closely with all his clients to ensure that every aspect of their accountancy, tax and company secretarial compliance needs are met.
He gained his accountancy experience at a Chartered Certified Accountant and Registered Auditors practice set up by the people who have previously worked at reputable accounting practices in the UK.
He brings his vast range of experienceand works with Shishir to continue ‘raising the bar’ and create a difference for UK business owners.
Away from work, Ananda enjoys most sports, in particular football, swimming and running.
Anthony Gilbert
Head of Tax Planning
Anthony Gilbert is a Chartered Tax Adviser and has thirty years experience of dealing with all types of UK taxes as well as international taxes. He has worked both in the accountancy profession and in commerce.
His previous employers included three major firms of Chartered Accountants; Grant Thornton, Robson Rhodes and Hereward Phillips (now Smith Williamson). He also worked for Linn Maggs where he specialised in the taxation of Lloyd’s names. Outside the profession he has worked for Commercial Union Plc. (now Aviva), Willis Faber PLC, and Occidental International Oil Inc and Allied London Properties Plc.
